Knight Storm Ceases Operation

Chicopee, MA,: Knight Storm Drum and Bugle Corps of Chicopee, MA, has made the decision to cease operations and dissolve, effective May 12, 2001. While this decision was difficult for all involved, it had become clear that it would be impossible to recruit an adequately sized corps while at the same time maintaining the group's high standards of excellence. The administration and staff of Knight Storm would like to thank all those who have supported the group in any way since its inception as a drum and bugle corps in 1991.

Special thanks are owed to all the alumni who marched with Knight Storm, the Royal Columbians Drum and Bugle corps and the Royal Columbians Fife and Drum Corps since the group was originally founded in 1951. Any questions of comments may be directed to the corps office at kstormcorp@aol.com
