This will be a relatively short review:

Impulse
Great job definitely the new era VK. I thought they were very entertaining and really enjoyed their show.

Seattle Cascades
Great sound and Great job. They have an excellent show and they'll be up there in Div. II this year (2 or 3).

Mandarins
Excellent performance. By far the best Div. II/III corps of the evening. If they keep on track for the rest of the year they'll once again be world champions.

Esperanza
Good show for Div. II/III, but I was very bothered by the lack of uniformity (i.e. some brass horns some silver, that kind of thing). Not that they were bad but it was just distracting to the eye.

Vanguard Cadets
Another excellent show this year. Not nearly the SCV Cadets from last year and obviously still some cleaning to do, but none the less good show all around. Rather large Drum Line, but it definitely doesn't hurt them.

Blue Devils B
Missed them.

Blue Devils C
Missed them, too.

Renegades Sr.
This corps wasn't that bad. I really didn't expect a great show from them at all, but I was actually rather supplied. It's definitely better than most Sr. corps I've seen in a while.

Cadets
Unlike many other people I thought this was a good show. It does still have some transition problems, BUT I thought for songs that don't really go well together they do a really good job with them. Plus I heard they're rewriting a lot of the show. Still very dirty, probably won't win a Championship, but I think they'll definitely be Top 4

Blue Knights
I thought this was a really good show and I'm usually not a big BK fan. I felt it was a much more entertaining show than usual for them which will definitely help. They still need work in both Brass and Visual but I think they're right where they need to be. They should definitely be 5-7 this year easily.

Santa Clara Vanguard
Awesome show. They have a total package once again this year. It's definitely a must see show and if they keep they're stuff together will be a strong contender if not the one to be contended with for the Championship. Santa Clara is definitely a favorite of mine.

Blue Devils
I thought they had a really great show and clean. However, it's just not at the same difficulty level as SCV and Cadets. I definitely think if the other corps clean up they will have NO problem passing BD it's just a matter of how clean everyone can really get. Needless to say though I wasn't disappointed as always they have smoking brass and are a sight to watch. They'll still go far it's just a question of how far everyone else will go.
